A self-respecting pastry shop doesn't have everything.Item LinkIt can't. If it did, it would mean that many things are not "fresh" or, worse, are not handcrafted. What is this to say? To say thank you to all the customers who have visited our shop in recent days and, unfortunately, in many cases have had to give up buying even a single box of our Amaretti di Gallarate or one of our classic Panettoni, because they are out of stock. A top-notch pastry shop, in fact, is like a particularly busy restaurant. To be sure of having a table, even a small one, it is better to book.....and this is our prayer for everyone. Call us, send us an email or a fax, we are here to try to make your desire for a good dessert a reality. We are sorry when you are not satisfied, but unfortunately we only have two hands......Merry Christmas to everyone and for New Year's Eve or, even worse, for the Epiphany with its puff pastry commelli, a reservation is worth more than a curse! In the meantime, the Amaretti di Gallarate are leaving for prestigious destinations to reach distant customers (the temple of London Tea, namely Fortnum and Mason, wanted to make a wonderful special box that if you pass by here we will show you). Naturally, however, many Amaretti remain here, ready for your gifts or sins of gluttony. Our chocolate houses are finished and can finally be bought and enjoyed. Easter of Doves and Chocolate is almost here.Item LinkAs per tradition, our first Easter Colombre will be available from early March. The formats will be the usual ones, that is 1.5Kg, 1 kilo, 0.75 kg and this year also half a kilo! As for our chocolate, it will be as delicious as ever both in the "dark" version and the still version, that is milk. We do everything here. Everything for you.
